We have Christ in us, when we pray constantly, we read the Gospel, lives and teachings of the Holy Fathers, when we regularly go to the Divine Liturgy and participate in the Sacraments of the Church, but most importantly when we see the Lord in the face of each of our fellow human beings, we love him and help him as if he were Christ. So eternal Paradise is to live eternally with Christ.
