Cervical relief
1)We get rid of cervical pain by simultaneously massaging the GB21 points and the penultimate toe of the GB foot 43 as GB12, GB20 GB43 on the gall meridian
2)We activate reflexologically to restore the hernia in the neck by massaging the outer side of the big toe where the cervical vertebrae are concerned (see reflexology map below).
3) restore the flow of energy to the spine by unblocking the bladder meridian.
Unblock the bladder meridian by simultaneously massaging points B2 and B66 and points B10 and B12, at points B12 and B27, B48 as well as at points B36, 12 and B54, 58.
