When we are afraid of rejection, we always attract people, facts and situations that will reject us, as a result we experience sadness and anger.

The fear of rejection and the anger it causes put our body on alert:

Secretion of cortisol and adrenaline reduces our metabolism (thyroid problem, obesity).

• It blocks the functioning of our intellect, blocking the delivery of blood and nutrients to the frontal lobe of our brain.

• Stops the formation of neural cells and networks, and this creates depression.

• Cortisol secretion stops the secretion of the hormone DEHA, which repairs all the damage to our cells and our body.
